For Reservation Cancellation

  • 100% retention will be charge if the cancellation is done between 1-3 days prior to check in.
  • 30% Retention will be charge if the cancellation is done between 3-15 days prior to check in.
  • 25% Retention will be charged if the cancellation is done between 15-20 day’s prior to check-in.
  • No Retention will be charged if the cancellation is done before 20 day’s prior to check-in.
