The Cellular Jail is also known as Kala Pani ki Saja. Its only 2 km from Port Blair Bus terminus. Its a relic of bygone era where most prisoners of the Cellular Jail were freedom fighters of india .

Sound And Light Show is orgainised by tourism dept in the evening in two places.
1. Cellular Jail
2. Ross island.
Two version of the show is there, hindi and english.It depicts the freedom struggle of india and the inhuman suffering endured by political prisoners in the jail in a vivid way with light and sound.

Adult: ₹ 150, Kids: ₹ 75.
Traveller can online book the tickets. One need to first register and then book the ticket on a given day and time in advance. Boat tickets for Ross island needs to be purchased from Aberdeen Jetty.

Corbyn's cove Beach provides a beautiful scenic view,e.g sunrise,sunset,moon rise. Travellers enjoy water sports like para sailing,jet ski ride etc here.
It is around 8 kms from the port blair city.Dress change room is available. Waves Resturant,Small shops with sea shells,tops are there for picking.
Badabalu Beach

Badabalu Beach is an untarnished , picturesque beach, hidden far way from all tourists. It is which 25 kms from PortBlair and nature's paradise .

Munda Pahar Beach is in Chidiyatapu . It takes about 40 Minutes by Road To Reach this beach and is about 25 kms away from Port Blair
There are small streams of fresh water which eventually joins the sea. One could enjoy small trek(about 20 minutes) in mendering mangrove cover to reach sunset point and enjoy stunning sunsets.
Wandoor Beach

The Wandoor beach is the entrance to the famous Mahatma Gandhi marine national park.
It's about 30 km from Port Blair. Tender coconut and other ornamental items like sea shells,necklace are sold nearby the bus stand.Dress changing room is available.
North Bay Island

This beach is famous for under water corals,marine life. It is very suitable place for snorkeling and scuba diving. Gov/private ferries operating daily from water sports complex (Aberdeen Jetty) in Port Blair to North Bay.

There are many government/private ferries operating daily from water sports complex (Aberdeen Jetty) in Port Blair to Ross Island . It is better to take a ferry in the morning and return back by afternoon
Jolly Buoy Island / Red Skin Island

Either Jolly Buoy or Red Skin Island is accessible to tourists throughout the year. They are part of Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park There are more than 50 varities of coral found in these islands. They have excellent beach idel for swiming,scuba diving and snorkeling.
The Boats to Jolly Buoy / Red Skin island from Wandoor Jetty usually leaves by 9 AM All the Boats leave at the same time and Comes Back Together.

It got his name after vessel T SS Viper which had met with an maritime accident and got recked nearby this island.Bristishers used to keep convicts before the construction of Cellular jail. Once upon a time,Viper Island had gallows on the top of hill.

It is one of the largest saw mill in Asia.It saws timber like Paduak,Satine wood,Gurjan etc.It has two EOT cranes used for stacking and feeding. It has a mesuem and hadicarft shop inside the premise. It has a bomb pit created by bomb dropped by britishers during 1942.

Wandoor Rubber Plantation
