Terms and Conditions
- Correction of name is not permitted in ticket once booked. So please ensure the correct name for each passenger.
- Passenger should carry a photo ID card at the time of check-in.
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours before departure- Full refund after reduction of Rs 100 per ticket towards documentation charges, Between 24 and 48 hours before departure-50% refund, less than 24 hours before departure- No refund.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-reroutable .
- Carriage of security removed articles(such as nail cutters, knifes, explosives, inflammables etc) will not be permitted in hand baggage.
- Liquor and smoking is not allowed on the vessel by law.
- Passengers can carry hand baggage at their own risk and Coastal Cruise is no way liable for any loss or damages that might arise.
- Reschedule Policy: 48 hours before departure-with Reschedule FEE ₹ 100/- per tickets as per availability of seats in same class or in other class will pay class difference of amount and Reschedule Fee.(Subject to availability of seats.)Not possible after 48 hours.
- Coastal Cruise reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule trips for the reasons such as bad weather, technical reasons etc. Coastal Cruise will not bear any liability for loss that passengers may incur as a result. However passengers may claim full refund or reschedule their journey based on availability.
- Passengers hereby warrants and declares that they, including any accompanying children and/ or babies in arms, do not suffer from any form of major illness or ailments. Coastal Cruise shall not be responsible for any consequences whatsoever resulting from pre-carriage illness / ailments that may manifest during the course of the trip. The passenger undertakes to identify and hold Coastal Cruise from any and all such consequences.
- Coastal Cruise shall have no liability for any injury or illness arising or resulting from any cause not attributable to any act, neglect or default on the part of the carrier and its employees.
- Pets and animals are not allowed on board.
- Tickets once rescheduled (with applicable charges) will not be canceled or refunded.
- Special Fares (For Rescheduled and cancellation: Condition Apply).
About Coastal Cruise
Coastal Cruise is a vessel which is built in Singapore under international standard of Bureau Veritas( register classification) consisting of 2 Upper and Lower Deck divided into four classes as follows,
- Executive class
- Lounge class
- Premiere class
- Coastal class
About Havelock
A major tourist destination owing to its rich marine life is Havelock Island. White sand beaches and dense evergreen forests at a distance of about 57 km north-east to the capital city, Port Blair. Attractions of Havelock Island are Vijay Nagar (NO. 5) and Radha Nagar (No. 7). Both Beaches are recipients of 'A' rating from the World Tourism Organization (WTO). Elephant Beach is famous for its coral reefs and rich aquatic life. Havelock Island is also a popular spot for activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, trekking, island camping, kayaking, sailing etc.
About Neil
Located about 40 kilometers to the north-eastern part of Port Blair, Neil Islands famous for its marine life and is popular s the vegetable bowl of Andaman. The main attractions of this island are its beautiful beaches. The Sitapur Beach is located at the tip of Neil Island and is famous for its natural vegetation. The Laxmanpur Beach located at a distance of around 2 km from Neil Jetty is another important beach situated on the island and is popular for swimming. The Bharatpur Beach is famous for coral watching and swimming.
